Rumors are swirling that the teen idol may have fathered a child.
On Monday, Justin Bieber was slapped with a paternity suit. According to reports, it was when Bieber allegedly lost his virginity after a concert in Los Angeles last year that he impregnated 19-year-old Mariah Yeater.
According to RadarOnline.com Yeater now 20 and mom to a three-month-old son she claims is Bieber’s has filed court papers on October 31 stating just that—She’s also demanding he take a DNA test.
According to the NY Post, Bieber played at Staples Center in LA on Oct. 25, 2010, which would fit the timeline of the 3-month-old baby boy’s birth.
Reportedly, a security guard approached Yeater at the concert and asked if she wanted to meet the singer and then escorted her backstage. Yeater said that the two were mutually attracted to each other and began to kiss.
Yeater reportedly stated, “Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”
The two then had sex in a bathroom, which Yeater claims lasted only around 30 seconds.
“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims,” Bieber’s rep fired back. “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
According to Foxnews.com, Yeater could be getting herself in trouble as Bieber was 16 at the time and the California age of consent is 18.
