The Giants Super Bowl party is officially underway.
Thousands of Giants fans descended on Lower Manhattan early Tuesday morning to celebrate with their beloved Giants, who once again took down the Patriots behind the arm of Eli Manning on Sunday.
It was the Giants fourth Super Bowl in franchise history, and second in four years.
On Tuesday, the Canyon of Heroes turned into a sea of blue as euphoric Giants fans cheered on as the floats carrying the triumphant Giants rolled down the parade route. A blizzard of confetti started falling early in the morning and continued after the parade started at 11 a.m.
After the parade, a ceremony will be held at City Hall Plaza, where Mayor Bloomberg will give the Giants Keys to the City.
“Big Blue gave us a game to remember, and on Tuesday we’re going to give them a parade to remember,” Bloomberg said in a statement.
