Town Officials Attend Local 8K Race

Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Councilwoman Lee Seeman recently attended the 37th Annual New Hyde Park 8k Championship Race, organized by the New Hyde Park Runners Club. Bosworth presented awards to overall winners and those who placed in each age group of the nearly 5-mile race, including women’s overall winner Tara Wilson, and men’s overall winner Boyd Carrington. Proceeds from the race will benefit Nassau County Firefighters Operation Wounded Warriors.
