Jericho SEPTA (Special Education Parent Teacher Association) is hosting a post-secondary transition fair on Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Jericho High School.
Workshops and information booths will cover transitioning students with disabilities from secondary to post-secondary placements, post-secondary options, all aspects of college admissions process, registering for accommodations in college and post-secondary support services.
