Kiwanis Donate Trauma Kit

The Friends’ of Kiwanis of Manhasset-Port Washington Foundation presented a Pediatric Trauma Kit to the Rockaway Point Volunteer Emergency Services Group, a division of the Breezy Point-Rockaway Fire Department. The island community is still attempting to over come the devastating damage of the infamous storm Sandy.
Eleanor Lalena, president of the Friends’, stated that their group is
always happy to support communities in need. She requested the
leadership of the Kiwanis of Manhasset-Port Washington Foundation to make the actual physical delivery of the kit to Capt. Ed Valentine of the Rocky Point Volunteer Emergency Services.
