Glorious piano music came through the walls of the Port Washington Library concert room, which was filled by well-dressed young boys and girls participating in a piano recital led by Paner Ying.

The nearly two hour recital was performed by students aged 6-17. They have been playing their instruments anywhere from three months to 12 years. The program was widely selected from Bach to Debussy, and Frozen to Iggy, just to name a few. Every piece was played by memory. It was a memorable event.

The pianists were Skye Barbalat, Gabriella Petrunoff, Dylan O’Sullivan, Indigo Girtz, Brian Barr, Lia Sfiroudis, Ryan Regan, Dylan Sommer, Anthony Sfiroudis, Ian Laurence, Sadie Muller, Hunter Trenaman, Liam Regan, Ellie Wang, Sam Sherman, Meiling Laurence, Sophia Sfiroudis, Ethan Girtz, Melanie Genzano, Alexa Petrunoff, Ryan Milcetic, Emma Wang, Dylan Trenaman, Kevin Carl, Russell Kolen, Jordan Monaco, Jackson Trenaman, Annabel Bridges, Caitlin Silverstein, Danielle Petrunoff, Ina Chu, Matthew Kolen, Tim Serignese, Leonie Lerner and Ian Chu.
