Cops say a Brooklyn man was arrested on a drug charge in Bethpage on March 21.
According to detectives, the Nassau County Police Department received numerous suspicious person reports during the day. During investigations, police found Bryan Scott, 30, in front of a Carson Street address attempting to recover a package that was in his name and delivered to a random address on that street. A witness told police and detectives that Scott was observed a few times that day at the same address and had also been seen removing delivered packages from that address in the past.
Detectives said a recovered package contained approximately 15 pounds of marijuana.
Scott is charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
