The Mineola School District launched a new website on Aug. 26. The new format is more user-friendly and allows for more students to be featured, officials said.
Content on the site will be updated regularly so parents, community members and interested home-buyers are encouraged to check the site daily for any updates.
The website features new, streamlined tabs for parents, students and teachers. The slideshow at the head of the site features top stories of the day. A link to its livestream page, where school board meetings are regularity posted, can be accessed through the “Board of Education tab” or on the bottom right side of the site.
“I’ve had several phone-calls about information that was very old on the website,” Nagler said at the time. “Everything will be current on the new website. It’s a completely different look [than the old site].”
