Longtime Mineola residents Joe and Catherine Toritto celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Oct. 1. They still reside in Mineola where they raised their 10 children. The two have also been blessed with 21 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In June, Joe celebrated his 90th birthday, with a gathering at his daughter’s home with family and friends.
