Islip Armed Home Invasion Probed

Suffolk County police are investigating an armed home invasion in Islip last week, authorities said.

Three men, two of whom were armed with guns and the third carrying a stun gun, confronted the victim in the driveway of his West Willow Street apartment, forced him inside and stole two shotguns before they fled the scene at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, police said.

The victim was not injured. There were neither any description of the suspects nor any arrests made in the case.

Third Squad detectives are continuing the investigation.
