Hillside Grade School celebrated Moving Up Day on June 17. The gymnasium was transformed into a scrumptious decorated candy shop depicting the graduation theme, Sweet 2016. Along with the parents and relatives of the children, the sixth-grade faculty and staff, Ms. Shanahan, Mrs. Donovan, Mrs. Prymaczek, Mrs. Croshere and Mrs. Tabner were beaming with joy as the students received awards and honors. The 71 graduates received their certificates from Hillside’s principal, Mrs. Karen Olynk.
