Register online for this 7 p.m. program. Kevin Stiegelmaier, author of Canoeing and Kayaking New York and Paddling Long Island, will share all he has learned in his 18 years of paddling on Long Island. Register at the library for this 9:15 a.m. program geared for toddlers up to 18 months, accompanied by an adult. Rhymes and songs for babies. Proof of age required.
Matinee Movie
Farmingdale Library Cinema presents Philadelphia Story (1940), starring Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn, at 2 p.m. Not rated, 112 minutes. When a rich woman’s ex-husband and a tabloid-type reporter turn up just before her planned wedding, she begins to learn the truth about herself. No registration required.
Super Suncatchers

Seniors Gather
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. join fellow seniors at the Senior Café. Bring a friend and make new ones. The library will provide the coffee and some interesting activities. Feel free to bring lunch or a snack.
No-Cook Pasta
For students entering grades 6-12, at 7 p.m. Register online. Paula Gottlieb-Herman will show participants how to make pasta that doesn’t need to be cooked.

Knit and Crochet
