A Turkey Trot Fundraiser

The staff and students at Sparke Elementary School held a Turkey Trot to raise funds for those in need on Nov. 22. More than $200 was donated to charity, including the John Theissen Foundation (to purchase toys for sick children).

Special thanks to the students and their families for their generosity during this Thanksgiving holiday and to physical education teacher Mr. Valiando, for organizing the event.
