Assemblyman Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square) coordinated the Snowflakes for Seniors program between Notre Dame School in New Hyde Park and The Plattduetsche Home Society in Franklin Square. The third, fourth and fifth grade students of Notre Dame created beautiful snowflakes with heartfelt messages for the residents of the Plattduetsche to help spread some holiday cheer.

“These students have made a great impact on the residents of the Plattduetsche Home Society today with their personalized, handmade snowflakes. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone who helped make this program a success. I know the snowflakes spread holiday cheer to all the residents and brightened their holidays,” said Ra.
