2 More BMX Bikers Charged With Breaking Into Splish Splash

Two more suspects were arrested for breaking into Splish Splash Waterpark and riding BMX bicycles down the slides on Thanksgiving, meaning six of the eight involved were charged, Riverhead Town Police said.

Joseph Hanusiewicz, 24, of Massapequa Park, and 25-year-old Ethan Solomkin of Great Neck, were each charged with trespassing. Police, who released photos of three suspects last month, are still searching the remaining two bikers. Four were arrested last month.

The suspects recorded video of the antics and posted it on YouTube, where it’s been viewed more than 9 million times as of this story.

Hanusiewicz and Solomkin were each released on appearance tickets and are due back in court on Jan. 18.

The four suspects previously charged include 34-year-old Brian Chliek of Bayport, 22-year-old William Perry of West Islip, 25-year-old Jonathan Nemecek and 19-year-old Anthony Panza, both of Lindenhurst.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
