A West Babylon man admitted Friday to killing his 32-year-old wife last year.
Kerwyn Jaggernauth pleaded guilty to second-degree murder at Suffolk County court.
Police have said the 32-year-old man killed Sonja Williams in the couple’s Sheffield Avenue home, where he was found suffering from self-inflicted wounds on Feb. 20, 2016.
He faces up to 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced March 29 by Judge Richard Ambro.
