The Westbury Dragons were hoping for a repeat of last year’s Long Island Championship win, but ultimately, the boys varsity basketball team was unable to clinch the win, falling short to the Uniondale Knights during the Conference AA semi-finals at SUNY Farmingdale on Monday, Feb. 26. The boys fought hard, but fell to the Knights 61-44.
