I have been a subscriber to the Great Neck Record for many years and have been a Great Neck resident since 1978.
I was horrified after reading your lead article in the Oct. 24 edition, “Library Election Turns Ugly.”
Great Neck has always been an educated and fair-minded community, a community I was proud to live in and bring my children up in.
Who is mersedeh rofeim and that genius attorney bob unger? Their names don’t deserve to be capitalized. I suppose unger, at one time, had somewhat of a brain. He passed the bar, right?
I know, in these turbulent times, people come out from under their rocks. It just took me soooooooooo aback to read that we have some of those rocks here in Great Neck.
