Second Night Seder

Temple Israel of Great Neck’s Men’s Club will host a kosher Passover Seder catered by Aron’s Kissena Farms at 8 p.m., following services at 7:20 p.m., at 108 Old Mill Rd. Reserve for $60, adults, and $25, children 13 and younger, members; $70, adults, and $30, children, nonmembers at 516-482-7800.

Marina Service Begins

Launch service hours for the 2019 season will be offered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Steppingstone Marina; 516-482-0355.

Spring Camp Parkwood

Children ages 5 to 10 can enjoy tennis, skating, hockey, archery, gymnastics, cooking and arts & crafts during school break from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Andrew Stergiopoulos Ice Rink. Lunch may be purchased at the snack bar for $8 a day or brought from home. The weekly fee is $450, residents; $500, nonresidents. Spring Tennis Camp

Tennis players ages 6 to 17 can hone their skills through instruction, games and match play at the Parkwood Tennis Center from 12 to 4 p.m. The fee is $80/day, residents; $100/day, non­residents; www.gnparks.org or 516-829-9050.

St. Aloysius Lunch

Wildlife will be shown on Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 5 and 8 p.m. and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. A park card is required.

Summer’s Coming

Easy Online Registration

The Great Neck Park District’s new online registration launch is up and running. Create an account at www.gnparks.org to receive text alerts and register for activities; 516-482-0355.

Camp Parkwood Registration

Camp Parkwood offers fun activities for ages 3+, optional door-to-door bus service for ages 4+, complimentary towel service, a Tweens Travel Program for Grades 6 to 8, a Leaders in Training for ages 14 and 15, and Camp Parkwood Sports Camp for Grades 3 to 5. Register weekly or for the whole summer at 516-482-0355.

Complete Your Survey

Surveys were mailed to 3,000 random park district addresses. If you received one, complete and return it as soon as possible to help the parks meet the current and future needs of our community. An online survey will be available to every resident at the end of April. The Technical Report for the Master Plan Public Engagement Summary is posted. If you were unable to participate in the first public engagement, you can see what residents had to say at www.gnparks.org.
