Specializing in traditional Japanese cuisine rooted in omakase sushi and Kaiseki tradition, Kissaki boasts a menu featuring dishes made from carefully sourced, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients.

With existing locations on Bowery and the Upper West Side of Manhattan, as well as in Water Mill and Greenwich, CT, Kissaki welcomes guests to experience its unique dining atmosphere. The restaurant provides options for indoor dining at the omakase counter and main dining room, as well as comfortable outdoor dining sessions.

Operating hours for Kissaki are Monday-Thursday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and Sunday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Additionally, the restaurant offers lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, along with delivery and curbside pickup services.

The diverse menu includes offerings such as Kampachi Crudo, Shishito Peppers, Edamame, Hokkaido Scallops, Chicken Karaage, Tuna Stuffed Avocado, and Spicy King Crab. Maki selections range from Shrimp Tempura to Salmon and Negitoro. Entrees feature Wagyu Fried Rice, Uni Pasta, Spaghetti Dashi Pasta, and Truffle Rice Donabe. For dessert, diners can indulge in Matcha Tiramisu.

Each dish is presented on handmade flatware sourced from a local Long Island pottery shop called Bridges Pottery. Kissaki also offers an array of classic and creative drinks, including Shiokaze with Mezcal, nigori sake, grapefruit, angostura, and aromatic cocktail bitters, and Momo Sour with Vodka, sake, egg yolk, white, cinnamon, and ume.

Owner Garry Kanfer, founder of the digital agency Big Drop, played a crucial role in Kissaki’s development. With five locations already established, Kissaki is set to open a sixth location in Miami, while Kamasu has locations in Hudson Yards and Time Out Market.

Executive Chef Edgar Valerio leads the culinary team, ensuring a standard of service, knowledge, and hospitality across all Kissaki locations.
