Billy Minicozzi Knows Oyster Bay

This week’s mystery picture solution for Aug. 19 gives credit to Billy Minicozzi who said he just returned from vacation and called to say, “It is a woman jogging and a man on a bike near Roosevelt Beach in Oyster Bay.” He added that football starts in a few days and he hopes the Jets will have a great year.

In actuality, the picture was taken at Beekman Beach – which is near Roosevelt Beach. We wonder if you recognize some of the people in the photograph?
