Nate Robinson just couldn’t wait to go somewhere else.

The Oklahoma City Thunder guard apologized to his fans on his Twitter after he was caught urinating in public in White Plains, NY.

“Hey tweeps,” Robinson tweeted. “I made a silly mistake last night.”

He added: “I apologize for my actions, it definitely won’t happen again!”

The former New York Knicks guard was spotted on the sidewalk outside a bookstore around 2 a.m. Friday.

Robninson was taken to police headquarters and was issued a summons. He was released on $100 bail and is expected to appear in court June 22.

The offense usually carries a $50 fine.

Robinson played for the Knicks from 2005 to 2010–when he was traded to the Boston Celtics in the middle of the season. He was part of the Thunder team that lost to the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals.
