Two that proved shocking during Season 6, also proved to be pretty popular on the Internet. Two videos went viral this past week capturing major attention.

This past week in Las Vegas two dance groups suffered injuries during rehearsals. One dancer twister her ankle but managed to stay performing. She went to the hospital afterward. The other popular dance performance by a group called Fatally Unique, left one dancer on the floor.

During the group’s performance, the injury was a little bit more serious with blood spilled on the floor. As the group attempted a pyramid stunt, one of the girls ended up face first on top of a collapsed pyramid. She was rushed to the hospital. Later she returned to the show to perform and revealed that she had a “busted lip” and also fractured her nose tip.

Another interesting act was “Professor Splash.”  The “Professor” is the only diver in the world to have mastered the art of shallow water diving. From heights ranging from 30 to 80 feet, this diver can plummet into pools of only a foot of water. Professor Splash has been diving for over 25 years now, so it only felt natural to hit the “America’s Got Talent” stage.

Professor Splash, Darren Taylor, of Colorado currently holds World Records in Italy, Spain, Germany, Japan, and the United States. He is featured in the Guiness Book of World Records and Ripley’s Believe It or Not 2009 Edition.
