A car crash involving NBA star Lamar Odom left a young boy dead this past week.
Odom was on his way home after attending a cousin’s funeral in New York, and was riding in the backseat of a car when a collision occurred. The car hit a motorcycle which then hit a teen pedestrian.
The pedestrian was rushed to the hospital. According to TMZ, the accident left the teen with serious head injuries. He died of his injuries Monday.
According to People Magazine, Lamar Odom, 31, and wife, Khloe Kardashian, 27, took to their Twitter to express sympathy for the 15-year-old boy.
“Thank you for your support and prayers! My thoughts and prayers are with the young boys family,” tweeted Odom.
Khloe, 27, tweeted, “My heart/soul goes out 2every1 in pain from any suffering. Pray 4 all of the angels surrounding us constantly. May our spirits stay strong. ”
She tweeted later, “Above all, love each other deeply, b/c love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality 2 1another without grumbling 1 Peter 4:8-9.”
Kardashian tweeted again, “Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Currently, the two are promoting their new unisex fragrance, Unbreakable.
