9550b3c982f00a17fc0e6a706700de8dA judge has sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail for violating her probation.

Today, Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the “Mean Girls” actress for violating her probation terms after not showing up for therapy sessions and being kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center.

Sautner also told Lohan that she will have to perform all community service at the morgue and if she doesn’t she will have to serve another 250 days in jail.

According to TMZ, Lohan will only serve 20% of the 30 days, 6 days in jail. The shortened sentence is due to overcrowding.

TMZ also reported that Lohan’s sentence will be delayed because the judge is allowing her time to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy.

This will be Lohan’s fifth jail sentence.

Lohan was sentenced in June to complete 480 hours of community service by volunteering at a Los Angeles women’s shelter and cleaning the county morgue for a 2007 drunken driving case and a misdemeanor theft case this year.

Last week, actress Lindsay Lohan was led away in handcuffs after a judge revoked her probation, but reportedly still did not show up on her first day of community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue Thursday.

As a result the “Mean Girls” actress was taken in and later released on $100,000 bond. The judge also ordered her to complete 16 hours at the Los Angeles County Morgue before her next hearing.

However, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter reported that the actress did not show up to her first day of community service at the morgue. TMZ had reported that Lohan was scheduled start at 8 a.m., and by 8:20 the Coroner’s Office decided they were going to turn her away when she finally showed up.
