It looks like New York Yankees star third baseman Alex Rodriguez may have a new woman in his life.
Multiple reports say A-Rod was seen in Boise, Idaho, where Torrie Wilson, former pro-wrestler and model, was spending the holidays with her family.
Apparently the gym where Rodriguez was working out is a popular spot because Rodriguez was spotted by a former sports reporter and a local channel 2 anchor. He reportedly told the news anchor that he was trying to “keep a low profile,” while spending some time in Boise, according to the Idaho Statesman.
The former sports reporter told the Idaho Statesman that he saw Rodriguez at the gym with Wilson.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, this isn’t the first time the two gym rats have been seen together. Earlier this month they were seen riding bikes together in Miami, and the entertainment website also reported that veteran home run hitter was seen on a trip with George Clooney and Stacy Keibler. Wilson was also there, according to the report. Both women have spent some time in the professional wresting world.
A-Rod’s offseason has been pretty quiet compared to other years. His relationship with actress Cameron Diaz ended earlier this year and Rodriguez’s name hasn’t been linked to other ladies in recent months.
Until now.
The 36-year-old third baseman is preparing for his ninth season in pinstripes, and aside from dating, he is also looking to improve on a mediocre season that included a number of injuries. A-Rod played in only 99 games last season and his 16 home runs was his lowest total since 1995 when he hit five home runs in 48 games with the Seattle Mariners.
