According to MTV, Moore will play the feminist icon who covered the release of “Deep Throat” an adult film with Linda Lovelace.

Lovelace, whose real name was Linda Boreman, was a adult film star who found enormous success in the 70s flick “Deep Throat.” She later claimed her first husband forced her into the pornography industry, stating in the divorce that he forced her into pornography at gunpoint, and opted for a career as a spokeswoman for the anti-pornography movement.

Moore is set to make a short cameo in the film.

The film will also star Amanda Seyfried, who plays Lovelace, Peter Sarsgaard will play Chuch Traynor, Lovelace’s ex-husband, and Adam Brody as Lovelace’s co-star.

James Franco is rumored to have a cameo as a young Hugh Hefner. Sharon Stone is rumored to be playing Lovelace’s mother too.

November 17, Moore filed for divorce from her actor husband, Ashton Kutcher.

The two had been married six years but after Kutcher has been linked to a string of scandals, the two called it quits.

Kutcher took to Twitter to share his feelings on the matter, tweeting, ”I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail, Love and Light, AK.”

Now, the couple could be fighting over nearly $300 million in assets.
