“Greys Anatomy”star Jessica Capshaw is pregnant.
The star who plays Arizona Robbins on the hit ABC show has announced she is pregnant with her third child.
Capshaw and her husband, Christopher Gavigan, founder of The Honest Company announced the news via Twitter.
“It is with profound happiness and sheer delight that @Christopher_Gav and I can say that another sweet Gavigan baby is on the way!,” Capshaw tweeted.
“We are thrilled!,” tweeted Gavigan.
The baby will join their children: Eve, 14 months and 4-year-old Luke—According to thenewsworld.com, Capshaw wed Gavigan in 2004.
With the news, many fans wonder what will happen with Arizona Robbins. The 35-year-old’s pregnancy will not be written into the upcoming season.
Shonda Rhimes confirmed it through Twitter saying, “Gotten a lot of tweets about this. So here’s the word: first of all, she’s not pregnant next season, she’s pregnant this season. In fact, she’s already showing — our DP and costume designer are just very good at their jobs so you all haven’t noticed it yet.”
“I don’t think it’s gonna have any impact on story at all for us. Arizona’s not gonna be pregnant and I think (hope, pray) the schedule will work out so Capshaw won’t even miss an episode,” she tweeted.
