Now that the 68 teams for the 2012 men’s NCAA basketball tournament have been revealed, everyone can start gathering their bets for the big games that lie ahead.

One of the reasons that March Madness is so thrilling is you never know who is going to take the cake. Will it be one of the underdog teams who come out of seemingly nowhere and pull off exciting win or will the high profiled team prevail? Exciting as is it to watch this all play out, it also makes office brackets difficult since it’s hard to predict which teams will do well.

So who do you choose then, how do you decipher who has what it takes?

Teamrankings.com listed Syracuse, Duke, Florida State, Louisville and Temple as having the best chances to making it into the 2012 NCAA title game.

As of right now the teams who claimed the number one seeds were Kentucky, Syracuse, North Carolina and Michigan State. The Wildcats earned the top since they completed an awesome season of 32-2 season. Even though they had an upsetting loss by Vanderbilt, their predicted to dominate throughout the rest of the season.

Those who were not chosen by the committee to be a part of the NCAA basketball tournament will have to watch the madness unfold from off the court just like the rest of us.

According to the Huffington Post, the four first round games will start on March 13 and 14 in Daytona. The second round will follow on March 15 and 16.  The next round will be played from the 17 and 18, and from the 22-25 we will see the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games.

The excitement culminates with the 2012 Final Four playing at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on the 31 and finally the championships are going to take place on April 2.

Who do you think will make it to the final rounds?
