Reality star and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel and hubby Jason Hoppy are reportedly heading to splitsville.
Neither Bethenny nor Jason’s reps have confirmed the divorce. We can’t say we’re too surprised about the rumored break-up, but it’s still sad, nonetheless.
The couple has been married in not-so-marital-bliss for two years and fought non-stop on her Bravo show, “Bethenny Ever After.”
Instead of working things out with her beau, she’s already shacking up with business partner, Matt Hess, Star magazine reported. The mag added there’s a nasty brawl boiling having to do with money. Bethenny’s made loads of money since she’s been with Jason.
It looks like things are going to be taking an ugly turn.
“They are going to get a divorce… it’s imminent,” an anonymous source told Star, which reported both parties have lawyered up.
The story gets steamier once we add Bethenny’s Skinny Girl business partner Hesse into the mix. They’ve reportedly been really close — like closer than business parters should be close. Star reported that the two grabbed food at Philippe Chow’s Philippe restaurant in New York City.
“They walked through the restaurant with his chest pressed up against her back, and she leaned back and he whispered in her ear,” Star quoted another unnamed source as saying. “Then, they went up the stairs to a private dining area together, literally with their arms wrapped around each other.”
Jason is waiting for the perfect moment to to expose the ex “Real Housewives of New York City” reality star for her cheating, the source said.
“Jason has said that when he is ready to officially file for divorce, he is ready to call Bethenny out on her infidelity and name Matt in the papers,” the source added.
Jason thinks he is “absolutely entitled to half of her fortune.” The source continued, “He feels betrayed and doesn’t care about Bethenny’s financial fallout once he gets what he wants.”
