Dario Franchitti won the Indy 500 for the third time in his career on Sunday, but why is actress Ashley Judd getting all the attention one day after his big victory.

Well, the two are married, and Judd was seen on television cameras celebrating joyously when Franchitti won the race. The actress was seen holding one hand to her head, as her hubby’s team celebrated behind her.

After the race, Judd said her husband’s three Indy 500 wins is an “extraordinary achievement,” according to the Los Angeles Times. “I am so proud of him.”

Judd did what every celebrity seems to do after something notable happens, she took to Twitter to announce how she felt about his big win.

“Fabulous drive today,” she tweeted. “This was my 44th 500. And may just have been the best. Done with class and pure talent.”

She even did her best to keep her fans updated during the race, tweeting at one point: “Okay. I admit my legs are shaking a little. 25 to go. Awesome show.”

And another: “Is there ANYTHING MORE EXCITING THAN THIS?!?!?!”

Guess not.

She’s not only a big racing fan. Judd is also famous in the sports world for being a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan.

“I know I get a lot of attention for being the so-called No. 1 Kentucky fan, but I’m just a regular fan,” she said while promoting her show Missing, according to ESPN. “I just happen to be a basketball nut.”
