The celebrated horror movie franchise Paranormal Activity recently came out with the trailer for the newest movie in their franchise, Paranormal Activity 4.
The franchise, directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Shulman and scripted by Zach Estrin, began in October of 2009 and has released a new movie every October since. It originally dazzled audience members by creating an authentic feel throughout the “mockumentary,” telling the story through the point of view of several cameras.
According to Digital Spy, the new film is said to feature Glee star Diana Agron and actress Katie Featherson.
The original Paranormal Activity movie followed the story of a couple trying to capture the haunts of their house and the following movie continued where the story left off along with delineating the paranormal events in the main character’s sister’s house.
The next movie, Paranormal Activity 3, was more of a prequel depicting how the sisters in the previous movies attracted the paranormal.
The trailer did not explain or unveil any plot summary, but did show that the filmmakers have continued the supernatural themes and thrills of the other movies in the franchise.
