Child actress Amanda Bynes is accused of rear-ending a Los Angeles woman’s car this weekend and driving off without exchanging insurance.

The woman identified only as Kisa told TMZ that she filed a police report Saturday afternoon about the incident that took place earlier that morning. She was driving on Ventura Blvd in the San Fernando Valley when a black BMW hit her Toyota Corolla from behind.

Kisa did not realize the woman was Amanda Bynes and was quoted as saying that she “looked like a hot mess.” Bynes said there was not much damage to the Corolla. Kisa then tried to exchange information but Bynes had left the scene despite “significant damage” to her BMW.

Bynes’ representative did not return TMZ’s email on the incident.

Bynes was previously arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on April 6 when she allegedly hit into a police car in West Hollywood. She refused to take a Breathalyzer and the bail was set at $5,000.

She pleaded not guilty to the charge in June, even writing to President Obama on Twitter to ask for a pardon. “Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.”

An anonymous source who knows Bynes told People magazine: “This DUI was definitely just a serious lapse in judgment. She hit a wall personally and professionally [in 2008] … I think she’s been a little lost since then.”

Bynes was also accused of two hit-and-runs on May 5 and May 27, and sped away from an LA police officer in March as he was writing her a ticket for driving while talking on her cell phone.

Bynes is a former Nickelodeon star from The Amanda Show and All That and starred in What I like About You and Easy A.
