Meet a groundhog during the annual Groundhog Day Celebration at the Sands Point Preserve, 127 Middle Neck Rd., Port Washington, on Saturday, Feb. 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Learn how the groundhog predicts a late winter or early spring and partake in a variety of family games.
