The Farmingdale School District’s Saltzman East Memorial Elementary School recently hosted a Book Bingo event, as students played games that incorporated some of their favorite books. The special night helped students enhance their vocabulary and reading skills with help from their families and teachers. The event was held in conjunction with the school’s Parents as Reading Partners (PARP) program, which encourages students to continue reading books outside the classroom.
