Syosset boys fifth grade CYO basketball team led by coach Joe Micuna and his players Nicholas helguero, Eric liang, Grant Palmieri, Michael Micuna, Michael Rampanelli, Tyler Rothstein, Dylan Wolk, A.J. and Brian Rush won the championship division on Saturday, March 1, that was played as South Woods Middle School.
The team played a great season as well as the other two teams led by Coaches Rick Fazzalari and Bruce Cayne. The boys all had some great games that went into double, triple overtime. They were all winners and received trophies with a pizza party at St. Edwards on Saturday, March 8.
