The clock is ticking down to the upcoming 63rd Manhasset SCA Fair. The event, which is always held on the first Saturday of May, is scheduled to take place at Munsey Park Elementary School on Saturday, May 3 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. come rain or shine.
This fabulous day is run by the Manhasset School Community Association and is the biggest fundraising event for the Manhasset Public Schools. The proceeds support Manhasset children’s special programs, scholarships, study programs and assorted activities for the Manhasset public school children. Support the SCA fundraising efforts by purchasing your tickets in advance of the fair.

Mailings have gone out to all Manhasset residents enrolled in the public school system. SCA Fair chairperson Linda Guarino is excited about this upcoming fair. “I once read: ‘The secret to happiness is the act of making other people happy’ and that’s what the SCA Fair is all about—making people happy,” says Guarino. “Whether it’s enjoying rides, playing games, eating great food, shopping for jewelry, books, antique treasures, we have it all.”
Grand raffle tickets will also be sold at the advanced ticket sales at Raindew. There are many great prices this year, including: iPhone 5s, iPad Air, accessories provided by T-Mobile Port Washington Ranger Wireless; Vince Camuto Americana Manhasset gift basket (over $2,500 value); Americana gift card shopping spree ($1,000 value). Fair day will be filled with fun raffles, entertainment by Manhasset’s talented students, delicious foods court, vendors, attic treasures, rides and game booths.

For those who haven’t received the SCA mailing, all day ride tickets can purchase for sale at Raindew located at 465 Plandome Rd. on Wednesday, April 23, Saturday, April 26, and Wednesday, April 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The advance ticket will be exchanged for a bracelet on fair day for unlimited rides. Tickets are $35 per person or two tickets for $65. Advance tickets sales benefit the Manhasset SCA Ways & Means. Tickets sale proceeds from the day of the fair do not benefit the SCA. There are no ticket refunds.
