Roslyn native Jen Selter enjoyed 15 minutes of fame when People magazine featured her in an article exploring teenage plastic surgeries. Now, four years later, the 20-year-old is back in the spotlight and kept there by fans—more than 2.3 million of them on Instagram. Selter’s followers, however, do not check her posts to see new pictures of her reinvented nose.
