The Floral Park Senior Citizens’ Picnic will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the pool.

The Floral Park Chamber of Commerce will hold its next luncheon meeting at Jack Duggans with, owner and host Kathleen Duggan on Thursday, Sept. 4 from noon to 2 p.m. Come join to hear the mayor’s message and current goings on from Police Commissioner Steve McCallister. Maximum 50 attendees, so please reserve ahead. Individual price is $18.
The Floral Park West End Civic Association will meet on Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. at the Atlantic Avenue Firehouse.

The Covert Avenue Chamber of Commerce Street Fair will be held on Sept. 6. Details to follow.
The Junior Women’s Club of Bellerose will hold its Village-wide Garage Sale on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bellerose LIRR. Selling spaces are available for $35. Email Kate Derry at dorrkiam@msn.com for information. Rain date is Sept. 7.

The Queens County Farm will host their 34th Annual Antique Motorcycle Show on Sunday, Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come see a display of motorcycles of various makes and models that have been out of production for more than 10 years. Trophies will be awarded for various categories. Music, historic tours, hayrides, and food will provide fun for the entire family. Free for members, $5 admission for all ages.
