A 60-year-old Coram man who was struck by a minivan in Rocky Point last week died of his injuries a week later.

Raymond McCue was pronounced dead at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he was taken following the crash, Suffolk County police said Tuesday.

McCue had been riding bicycle southbound on Rocky Point Road when he was hit from behind by a minivan at 6:20 a.m. Oct. 21.

The driver, 25-year-old Phillip Gabriel of Rocky Point, was not injured.

Seventh Squad detectives impounded the minivan and ask anyone with information about this crash to call them at 631-852-8752.
