The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of a Queens man for Public Lewdness on Friday, Nov. 7 at 12:56 a.m.
According to detectives, on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 Rohit Rameshar, 20, of 117-74 142 Pl., Jamaica parked his car on the corner of Franklin Ave. and Baltimore Ave. in Massapequa. At 3:30 p.m. a female victim, 13 years of age, walked past the defendants car and observed him with his pants down exposing himself. She went home and contacted police who after an investigation arrested Rameshar at his home without incident on Friday, Nov. 7 at 12:56 a.m.
Rameshar is charged with Public Lewdness and will be arraigned on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at First District Court in Hempstead.
