Emerson College student and Mineola resident Christopher Gavin has been named to the dean’s list recently. Gavin, a journalism major, served as a staff reporter to the Mineola American in 2013 and 2014.
He currently writes for The Boston Globe.
The criterion to make Emerson’s dean’s list is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher.
