Giraffe Finds A Home in Great Neck

Marvin Anchin’s sculpture was a big attraction at Sunday’s celebration of the Great Neck School District’s 200th Anniversary.

The eight foot high giraffe entertained both visitors and dignitaries alike in the South High Gym before taking up permanent residence in the lobby of the Phipps Administration building.
