The Village of Westbury holds its next free concert in the summer concert series Thursday, June 18 at 7 p.m. in the plaza.
Enjoy the nice weather and music by The Switch, one of Long Island’s most popular rock ‘n roll bands. The group plays covers of everything from Frank Sinatra to Katy Perry. The band plays music that everyone enjoys no matter what the venue or occasion. From the humble beginnings of a backyard firehouse party where the group only knew 20 songs The Switch has evolved into a versatile, talented group of musicians playing over 400 songs of any genre now in their list and counting.
At the show, Westbury artist Carole Stuber will also be displaying/demonstrating her oil painting and acrylics.
The show is sponsored by Laffey Fine Homes, who will be distributing complimentary American flags to concert-goers for the upcoming Fourth of July holiday.
