Sheridan Nofer

Sheridan Nofer passed away on July 8, 2016. He died at his Port St. Lucie, FL home with his loving wife by his side. Sheridan was a 35-year Mineola resident. He loved all the many friends and neighbors in the community. He was a friendly, warm and gentle person who loved to take long walks around town where he would meet people and share pleasant conversations. He took great pride in his home and always loved to spend time with his fellow Marcellus Road “family.” Sheridan’s career with JP Morgan Chase spanned 35 years where he was a vice president in the Private Banking Division. He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret, of nearly 37 years; his three sons—John, David and Steven; his brother, Edward Nofer and sister, Patricia Nofer. He is also survived by his niece and her husband, Martha and Daniel Cahill, and his two nephews, Michael DiMeo and Marc DiMeo and Marc’s wife, Jill DiMeo.
