Local Great Neck teenagers, who are part of the JLE Teen Club of Lake Success Chabad, performed an exciting Teens Got Talent show for the seniors at the Atria on Cuttermill. A group of teens from South High, led by freshman Gillian Aronov, performed an improv comedy skit that got many laughs from the seniors as they enjoyed the show. A special highlight was the choir led by South High 12th-grader Orly Bolender and North High 12th-grader Meira Ferster.
After enjoying and voting on the improv show and choir, the seniors watched a group of teens from the South and North Middle Schools performed magic tricks that had the seniors clapping and cheering in amazement. The exciting talent show concluded with a musical performance led by Jake Nissim, a seventh-grader at North Middle.
This was a wonderful opportunity for young children and young adults to give back to the community and to enrich the lives of others by bringing much joy to the seniors at the Atria Senior Home.
