Tribute To Sinatra

At 2 p.m., Jimmy Valentine will showcase Frank Sinatra’s incredible life through song. With his soft baritones and smooth delivery, Valentine takes a cue from the Chairman in the songs that he sings. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents. No registration required.

Matinée Movie

At 1:15 and 6:30 p.m., the library presents Money Monster (2016). Rated R, 99 minutes. Financial TV host Lee Gates and his producer Patty are put in an extreme situation when an irate investor takes over their studio. No registration required.

Fall Sensory Fun

Register at the library for this program for children in ages 1-3 at 10:30 a.m. A hands-on, sensory fun program. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents. Proof of age required and children must be accompanied by an adult.

Balloon Workshop

At 4:15 p.m. for students in grades 2-5. Register online. Learn how to make your own balloon animals with Nick the Balloonatic.

Art Bot

For students in grades K-2 at 4:15 p.m. Register online. Combine your engineering and art skills to create your very own art robot that will color on its own! Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.

Book Club

Meets at 7 p.m. and there is no registration required. This month members will be reading The Suspicions of Mr. Whicher by Kate Summerscale. Pick up a copy at the Reference Desk beginning September 1.
