PATV is offering Studio and Editing Workshops at the TV studio, located at 1111 Marcus Ave., Suite LL-27, in Lake Success.
The TV Studio Workshop will be held on Saturdays, Oct. 15, 22 and 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Instructors Mike Peters and Marcelo Mendez will teach participants how to create a television program from start to finish using the PATV state-of-the-art equipment. This workshop is a prerequisite to using the equipment in the studio.
The Editing Workshop will be held on Oct. 17, 19 and 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. Instructor Rebecca Farina will teach participants the skills required to edit video for cablecasting on PATV, which is aired on Channel 20 on Optimum and Channel 37 on Verizon.
