World-Renowned Journalist To Speak At GN Synagogue

As part of the Shabbat Guest Speaker Series, world-renowned journalist Caroline B. Glick will speak at Great Neck Synagogue on Nov. 18 to 19. On Friday evening, a communal dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m., followed by a talk on the U.S. Elections and the Future of American Jewry at 7 p.m. On Saturday, a talk on The One State Plan for Managing Palestinian Conflict with Israel will be held at 11:30 a.m. and Israel on Campus: What’s Missing from the Defenses of Israel? will be presented at 4:30 p.m.

GNSynagogueCGlick, an American-born Israeli journalist, newspaper editor and writer, is deputy managing editor of The Jerusalem Post and writes for Makor Rishon. She is also the senior fellow for Middle East Affairs of the Washington, DC–based Center for Security Policy and travels to Washington several times a year to brief senior administration officials and members of Congress on issues of joint Israeli-American concern. In the 2003 Israeli Independence Day supplement, Glick was named as the Most Prominent Woman in Israel. Her latest book, The Israeli Solution: A One-State Plan for Peace in the Middle East, offers a direct and powerful call for Israeli sovereignty in the region.
