Adventures In Learning 58 1024x872 1The most popular fundraiser is back again this year and you don’t want to miss out on this one. Adventures in Learning Wine & Tasting Soirée has been a sellout for the past few years and this year will be even better.

This year Charlie Cardillo, Manhasset’s Superintendent of Schools, and his beautiful wife, Debbie, will be honored at Adventures in Learning’s (AIL) seventh Annual Wine Tasting Soirée on Friday, March 3, at the Village Club of Sands Point, 1 Thayer Lane. Cocktails will begin at 7:30 p.m., followed by themed delicacies paired with selected wines and served in tasting rooms. This annual fundraiser supports Adventures’ after-school academic program for children in the Spinney Hill area of Manhasset and Great Neck.

Kristen Ryan, a supporter of Adventures said, “come join the fun. You have to be in it to win it! I’m selling “Kash for Kids” raffle tickets for Adventures in Learning (founded almost 50 years ago, AIL is an after-school education and Adventures In Learning 36 1024x684 1enrichment program improving the lives of children in Manhasset!). Tickets are $100 each and a max of 250 will be sold. Drawing will be at the AIL Wine & Tasting event. Winners don’t have to be present, but why would you miss this one?!.” The Kash for Kids raffle is for three prizes of $3,000, $1,500 and $500.
Soiree tickets are $175 per person and $100 for young adults ages 21-30. Silent Auction donations are now being accepted.

The Digital Journal Page will be on display during the event. Donors will receive a CD copy of the journal. Ad prices are $500 for a full page, $250 for a half page and $100 for a quarter page.
